Kernel Pop Games makes physical card & party games and sells them directly, with cash on delivery in Lebanon. We keep this simple: we only collect what we need to get your game to you, and we never sell your information.
What we collect
- Your name — so we know who the order is for.
- Your phone number — to contact you on WhatsApp to confirm the order and arrange delivery.
- Your delivery address — so we can deliver your order.
- Any notes you add — and your email, only if you choose to give it.
We don't take any online card payment, so we never see or store card details. Orders are cash on delivery.
How we use it
We use your details for one thing: to fulfil and deliver your order, and to contact you (by WhatsApp or phone) about that order. If you join our “first drop” list, we use your email only to let you know when new games and restocks are available. You can ask to be removed any time.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information and we never share it for advertising. The only time your name, phone, and address leave us is when they go to the person delivering your order — so they can bring it to you. That's it.
How long we keep it
We keep your order details only as long as we need them to deliver your order and keep basic records of our sales. If you'd like your information deleted, just ask and we'll remove it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us and we'll take care of it.
